Founder
Sandra Harle SE LEED, is president and managing principal of SEI Structural Engineers. The firm’s success is rooted in her solid experience and leadership capabilities. Sandra received a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (1989) and is licensed as a Structural Engineer in California, Hawaii, New York, Washington and Guam.

Professional memberships and affiliations include the Structural Engineers Association of California and San Diego (SEAOC and SEAOSD), American Concrete Institute (ACI), American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), Society of Women Engineers (SWE), International Code Council (ICC), and the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
